TIME OF DELIVERY AND TRANSPORTATION
a) General conditions
Products will be delivered at the address given by the customer. Customers are responsible for providing sufficient information to ensure a smooth delivery process – for example, exact addresses, street numbers, provinces, city names, names of districts, communes, wards, and phone numbers. We are not responsible for failed delivery attempts in case the customer wrote an incorrect address when placing the order.
b) Delivery time
After receiving the order, our staff will contact will contact the customer regarding the order status within 24 hours. Subsequently, our staff will carry out the following stages before the customer receives his/her products.
The time of delivery is within 3-5 business days. In case that the delivery time is not possible, we will inform the customer. Orders can only be carried out in the case of both accept from both the customer and us.
For retail customers, if there is a large demand, please contact directly to negotiate the contract as well as the shipping fee.

RETURN CASES
1. What should I do if my product arrives damaged or defective, or isn’t what I ordered?
Deliveries are carried out by our partners. Products could unintendedly be damaged during transport, for example, break or shatter. We recommend our customers to check the condition and quantity immediately after receiving their products. 2. If you have received products which you did not order.
You are able to exchange the products you ordered online and had delivered to your preferred delivery address within 1 hour. The product must be unused and in the original packaging with original tags attached.
3. Others
Please keep the original packaging in the same condition. We would recommend you to contact Customer Services here and let the representative know that details of your package.
GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS
We are responsible for providing adequate and accurate information about all products on our website including images, color, style, size, quantity, material, etc. Customers should consider carefully before making the purchase. In all instances where a product is imperfect or damaged, please contact our Customer Care Advisors at +84 897 7638 for complete instructions on how to return the merchandise and receive a replacement.
In order for a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in its original state.
- The product must be in the original packaging with original tags attached.
- The customer must pay 100% the cost of shipping, packaging (maximum 20% of the order value).
